2. User Obligations & Acceptable Use

When interacting with our website or commissioning IT services from Addutech, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and current information when submitting forms or entering into contracts.
• Ensure that all materials, texts, graphics, trademarks, or content provided to Addutech for incorporation into your project are legally owned by you or that you have obtained appropriate licensing rights.

3. Quotations, Pricing & Commercial Terms

All prices listed on our website, service agreements, or official invoices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless expressly specified otherwise. Taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), will be charged as applicable under Indian statutory law.

• Fixed-Price Packages: Services purchased via pre-set packages (e.g., our Starter, eCommerce, or Custom packages) are governed by the specific inclusions detailed at the time of purchase.
• Custom Solutions: Custom software or web development projects will have customized payment schedules (e.g., milestone-based payments comprising an initial kickoff advance, milestone disbursements, and final settlement upon deployment).
• Validity: Formal written estimates and proposals are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment Processing & Security (Razorpay)

By making payments through our website or invoices, you acknowledge that:

• Razorpay is certified with the highest industry security standard (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant) and employs 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Supported payment methods include Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking across all major Indian banks, Unified Payments Interface (UPI), and authorized mobile wallets.

• Pre-Existing Frameworks & Addutech Assets: Addutech retains ownership of any pre-existing code libraries, developer tools, proprietary algorithms, or third-party open-source components utilized during development.
• Portfolio Usage: Addutech reserves the right to showcase completed client websites, application screenshots, and case studies in our corporate portfolio, website, and promotional materials, unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) specifically prohibits such disclosure.
• Addutech Website Content: All texts, logos, icons, graphics, layout, and visual assets on https://addutech.com are the exclusive property of Addutech and protected under copyright laws.

6. Project Delivery & Revisions

We take pride in delivering top-quality IT deliverables in accordance with agreed schedules:

• Timelines are established in good faith and depend on timely client feedback, asset submissions, and milestone sign-offs.
• Minor revisions specified in the project scope are carried out free of charge during the active review window (typically 7 to 14 days following delivery).
• Major scope additions or structural modifications requested outside the signed agreement will be billed separately as change requests.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• Addutech, its proprietors, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or server downtime) resulting from the use or inability to use our website, software, or third-party hosting services.
• Our total aggregate liability arising out of any claim, contract, or negligence related to our services shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the client to Addutech for the specific service or project in dispute.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

Addutech warrants that services will be rendered with reasonable professional skill, care, and diligence. However, we do not warrant that software operations will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we guarantee specific business earnings, third-party search engine rankings, or ad performance resulting from digital marketing campaigns.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bettiah / West Champaran, Bihar, India.
