Thank you for choosing Addutech. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how our professional IT services, custom software, web design, mobile apps, and digital deliverables are delivered to our clients.

1. Nature of Our Services (100% Digital Delivery)

2. Mode of Electronic Delivery

All contracted deliverables and digital assets are fulfilled electronically through one or more of the following secure methods:

• Electronic Mail (Email): Deliverables such as design mockups, digital audit reports, setup documentation, software license keys, and administrative login credentials are sent directly to the client's registered email address.
• Cloud Storage & Repositories: Source code repositories, databases, media files, and production builds are shared via secure, password-protected links or repository invitations (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Google Drive).
• Direct Server Deployment: For web development and cloud configuration services, delivery is accomplished by deploying the tested web application or website directly onto the client's specified hosting environment or server.
• App Store Publication: Mobile application builds are released through client-authorized developer accounts on the Google Play Console or Apple App Store.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on the package or custom scope of work chosen:

• Standard Startup Website Packages: Delivered within 3 to 7 business days from receipt of all requisite content, logos, and kickoff information from the client.
• eCommerce Solutions & Custom Platforms: Delivered within 7 to 14 business days for standard configurations, or as specified in the agreed project milestones.
• Custom Enterprise Applications: Delivered on a milestone-based schedule clearly defined in the formal Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.
• Digital Marketing & SEO Audits: Initial strategy and audit reports are delivered within 3 to 5 business days from onboarding.

4. Client Responsibilities for Timely Delivery

To ensure project milestones and delivery dates are met without delay, the client is expected to:

• Provide timely feedback, design sign-offs, and necessary project content (e.g., copy, brand assets, imagery).
• Furnish necessary access credentials (e.g., hosting access, domain DNS, API keys) when required for deployment.
• Delays resulting from late feedback, material scope changes, or third-party server downtimes will adjust delivery timelines accordingly.

5. Delivery Confirmation & Inspection Window

Upon electronic transmission or server deployment of the project deliverables:

• Addutech will issue a formal Delivery Notice via email.
• The client receives an active Review Period of 7 to 14 calendar days to inspect, test, and verify the deliverables against the agreed scope of work.
• Any bug fixes, functional corrections, or minor adjustments falling within the scope will be addressed promptly during this review window at no extra charge.
